1. Eligibility for Returns

 

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We only accept returns and refunds for damaged or defective pieces.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 

2. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to send your item back to us.

• Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

• Domestic Returns: Return shipping is free for domestic orders.

• International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
